World-class freediver Mirela Kardašević will hold a three day dynamic workshop at the Südstadt in Vienna. During the three days we will spend some time with mental preparation, stretching and dry training outside of the water. But of course the majority of the time will be spent in the water refining all three dynamic techniques and putting it all together for some long dives

Terms and conditions
- Participants must be fit to dive and cannot have any medical or other counter indication to freediving.
- When cancelling until 02.01.2026 50% of the participation fee are refunded. Cancelling after 02.01.2026 will result in no refund of the participation fee.
- Registration is only complete if both a registration email and the bank transfer of the participation fee have been received.
- Minimum age: 18 years (age 16 and above require a signature by their parent or guardian)
- The workshop will be held in English.
- Photo and video recordings are property of the organizer and will not be handed over. As a result of their registration, the athlete grants the organizer permission to use all photographs and video recordings for advertising and educational purposes, or to publish them.
- Any personal data sent to the organizers will be removed by AIDA Austria at latest after two years after the workshop.
- The number of participants is limited to 15 people. Spots will be allocated based on the order of complete registration and receipt of payment of the entry fee.
- If there are more than 15 registrations, surplus participants will be placed on a waiting list and may move up if a spot becomes available. Participants on the waiting list will of course receive a refund of their registration fee if no place opens up for them.
