Alle AthletInnen müssen bis zum 15.9.23 zum Bewerb angemeldet sein und die Startgebühr bezahlt haben.

Der genaue zeitliche Ablauf wird den AthletInnen noch per Email bekannt gegeben.

Teilnahmebedingungen

  • Mindestalter 18 Jahre (Ab dem 16. Lebensjahr ist die Teilnahme nur mit Unterschrift eines Erziehungsberechtigten möglich)
  • Bestätigung der tauchsportärztlichen Untersuchung, die am Wettkampftag nicht älter als 1 Jahr sein darf
  • Überwiesene Teilnahmegebühr (bis zum 15.9.2023)
  • Tritt ein Teilnehmer nicht zum Wettkampf an, so verfällt seine eingezahlte Startgebühr. Eine Rück­erstattung ist nicht möglich.
  • Die offizielle Sprache dieses Wettbewerbes ist Englisch.
  • Foto- und Videoaufzeichnungen sind Eigentum des Veranstalters und werden nicht ausgehändigt. Der Athlet erteilt durch seine Anmeldung dem Veranstalter die Zustimmung, alle Foto- und Videoaufzeichnungen für Werbe- und Schulungszecke zu verwenden oder diese zu veröffentlichen.
  • AIDA wird einige persönliche Daten wie Namen, Geschlecht oder Alter veröffentlichen (z.B. für das Ranking).
  • Die Veranstalter lehnen jegliche Haftung ab. Die Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko.
  • Teilnehmerzahl ist auf48 Startplätze beschränkt (die Reihung erfolgt nach eingegangenen vollständigen Anmeldungen inkl. überwiesener Startgebühr.)
  • Bei mehr als 48 Anmeldungen, werden die überzähligen Teilnehmer auf eine Warteliste gesetzt und können bei Nichtantritt eines Athleten nachrücken. (Selbstverständlich bekommen Teilnehmer der Warteliste bei keinem freien Platz die Startgebühr rückerstattet)
  • Der Athlet hat das Regelwerk der AIDA gelesen und verstanden.
  • Mit dem Versand des Anmeldeformulars bestätigt der Teilnehmer, dass er die Teilnahmebedingungen gelesen, verstanden und akzeptiert hat.

All athletes need to be registered by this date and must have paid the starting fee.

The exact timing will be announced to all athletes via email.

Rules and regulations

  • Minimum age: 18 (above 16: participation is possible with signature from a guardian)
  • Medical diving certificate, no older than 1 year on the day of the competition.
  • Transferred participation fee (until 15.9.2023)
  • If an athlete does not start at the competition his fee forfeits and no return is possible.
  • Official competition language is English.
  • Photographs and videos produced as part of the competition are property of the organizer and won’t be published. The athlete allows the organizer to use all pictures and videos for advertising and educational purposes when signing up for the competition.
  • AIDA will publish some personal data such as name, gender, nationality or age of all participants (e.g. for the ranking).
  • The organizer declines any liability. The participation is at the own risk of each individual.
  • The number of participants is limited to 48 (ordered according to the received registration incl. participation fee).
  • If there are more than 48 registrations the rest will be placed on a waiting list and if any participant withdraws they can take that spot. If no spot is available the participation fee will be refunded.
  • Each athlete must read and understand the regulations of AIDA international.
  • When submitting the application form each athlete confirms that he has read, understood and accepted these conditions of participation.
